Terms of Use

Please read these terms before using Jobera.

1. Eligibility

Students must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in Cambodia. Employers must be registered businesses operating in Cambodia.

2. Student Responsibilities

Students must give truthful information, attend training sessions, attend interviews on time and behave professionally with employers.

3. Employer Responsibilities

Employers must provide accurate job details, pay agreed salaries, treat candidates fairly and follow Cambodian labour law.

4. Recruitment Service

Jobera recruits, trains, evaluates and introduces candidates. Employers pay a placement fee equal to 50% of the first month's salary, as set out in each placement contract.

Students never pay a fee for placement.

5. 90-Day Replacement Policy

If a placed candidate resigns or is dismissed for performance within 90 days of the start date, Jobera will provide a replacement candidate at no extra cost. Requests must be made through the employer portal within the 90-day period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jobera is not the employer of placed candidates and is not liable for employment decisions, workplace conduct or indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the placement fee paid.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Phnom Penh.
