Students: name, phone number, date of birth, province, education, English level, preferred job, photo, CV, training attendance and Quality Score evaluations.

Employers: company name, contact person, phone, location, staff requests, contracts and invoices.

Visitors: messages sent through our contact form.

We use data to match candidates with jobs, run training, evaluate readiness, manage placements and contracts, send service notifications and improve our programs.

We never sell personal data.

By creating a profile, students agree that their profile, Quality Score and CV may be shared with employers who request staff through Jobera.

Students can ask us to update or delete their data at any time.

Employers can only see candidates who were matched or placed with their company. They see only their own requests, contracts and invoices.

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encrypted connections and role-based access. Student files are private and only shared through time-limited links.
